Our Car Coupler Padlock and Sign Holder fits the sign post hole found on all railway couplers. The steel "cage" in the middle of the shaft fits inside the knuckle of the coupler, thus stopping a worker from attempting to couple to the stationary car. CAUTION: Apply the car brake and wheel chocks before installing the Rail Car Coupler Lock. Holder supports a 12 x 15 in OSHA-mandated Blue Flag sign. Padlock included.
